Last week I got a late night call from a journalist from a danish national media source. They wanted to do a piece on the the growing app market for the evening news that very next day. Not wanting to miss out on a fun opportunity like that we set up a time next day where they could come visit our office with a camera crew. The showed up with lighting and possibly the largest camera ever produced. Everything was fairly impromptu and casual, and while we did actually discuss some pretty serious aspects of the growing app market, they where more interested in portraying our laid-back creative “corporate” culture. So while the segment they aired ended up not being that ‘serious’, it did a pretty good job at portraying us as the couple of casual chaps we are. Overall, despite my epic cold, i think it went alright - and if nothing else, being on national television gives serious family-cred (they don’t care about impressive app reviews, but appear on television for a minute or two and you’re the bees knees.)
You can check out the segment here (or by clicking the image). It’s in danish.
